術後1年目のアルブミン値，総タンパク値およびヘモグロビン値の変化

The change of serum albumin, total protein, and hemoglobin one year after gastrectomy

副次アウトカム評価項目/Key secondary outcomes

①術後2，3年目のアルブミン値，総タンパク値およびヘモグロビン値の変化
②術式による術後1，2，3年目のアルブミン値，総タンパク値およびヘモグロビン値の変化
③術後1，2，3年目の体重変化
④手術時間，出血量
⑤周術期の合併症（術後出血，膵液漏，胆嚢炎，縫合不全，DGE）
⑥術後1，2，3年目のアンケートによる臨床症状の評価（PGSAS使用）

1) 胃腺癌と診断されたcT1N0症例
2) PS 0-1
3) 本試験参加についての文書同意が得られている症例

1) The patients diagnosed as gastric adenocarcinoma with cT1N0
2) PS 0-1
3) Informed consent is obtained

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1) 残胃の癌
2) 多臓器合併切除（胆嚢は除く）
3) 胃以外の同時性重複癌症例。但し、子宮頚癌のcarcinoma in situ、大腸癌のfocal
cancer in adenomaは除外条件としない。
4) 重度の呼吸障害
5) 重度の心疾患
6) 肝硬変もしくは活動性肝炎患者。
7) 慢性腎不全患者。
8) 試験担当医が本試験を安全に実施するのに不適切と判断した症例。

1) Remnant gastric cancer
2) Gasrectomy with any other organs (not including gall bladder)
3) Any other malignancy which is including synchronal double cancer, but they are not including the carcinoma in situ or intramucosal cancer diagnosed as cure by local procedure
4) Severe respiratory disease
5) Severe cardiac disease
6) Severe hepatic cirrhosis or active hepatitis
7) Severe chronic renal failure
8) Patient who is judged as an inappropriate case by the doctor in charge
