選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1. 初回手術時に、浸潤性膵管癌の病理組織学的診断が得られている。
2. 初回手術後経過観察中の画像所見により「残膵に再発・転移の可能性を疑われた」腫瘤性病変を認めた症例
3. 再発時の画像診断は、膵内転移・断端再発・新規病変に関わらず、すべての症例を対象とする。
4. 再切除施行例、再切除非施行例の両者を含む。
5. 再切除施行例は、病理結果に関わらず、全ての症例を対象とする（浸潤性膵管癌以外の組織型、腫瘤形成性膵炎などを含む）。

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1. 初回手術時の病理組織学的診断が、浸潤性膵管癌以外である症例。例えば、IPMNやIPMC、腺房細胞癌などは登録対象から除外する。
2. 残膵再発診断時、同時性他臓器転移（肝、肺、腹膜、傍大動脈リンパ節など）を認める症例は除外する（腹腔洗浄細胞診陽性のみであれば、検討対象に含める）。
