これまで当院で大腸腫瘍上皮性腫瘍に対して施行した内視鏡的粘膜下層剥離術すべてを対象に短期および長期成績及び偶発症発生率・内視鏡的粘膜下層剥離術の難易度に寄与するリスク因子を前向きに評価する。

20mm以上の大腸腺腫または粘膜内癌または粘膜下層軽度浸潤癌と考えられる大腸上皮性腫瘍

20mm or more colorectal adenoma, intramucosal or slightly-invaded submucosal colorectal neoplasms were considered eligible.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1.ESDの適応外病変であることが内視鏡的特徴と生検による組織学的検査で示された症例
2. インフォームド・コンセントで同意が得られなかった者

1.Patients whose lesions were found to be outside the guideline or expanded criteria for ESD by the endoscopic characteristics and histological findings of biopsy specimens.
2.Patients in disagreement with informed consent.
