選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1. 各種画像診断により、多血性であり膵内分泌腫瘍が疑われる腫瘤性病変
2. 手術前にEUS-FNAが予定されている症例
3. Performance status 2までの症例
4. 他臓器に重篤な合併症を有さない症例
5. 試験参加について十分な説明を受けた後、十分な理解の上、患者本人の自由意思による文書同意が得られた患者

1. Pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor diagnosed by imaging modalities
2. Requirement of EUS-FNA for deciding surgical resection
3. ECOG performance status = 1, 2
4. No severe dysfunction in other organs
5. Written informed consent obtained from patients

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1. 消化管内腔と目的病変の間に血管や他の腫瘍等が介在する場合
2. 出血のリスクが高い場合（血小板5万/mm3未満、PT-INR 1.5以上）
3. インフォームド・コンセントの得られない例

1. Presence of intervening vessels or other organs on the puncture line
2. High risk of complications (bleeding, tumor seeding)
3. Inability to obtain informed consent
