酢酸リンゲル液を手術内容および出血量に応じて2-8mg/kg/hで投与するほか、1%ブドウ糖加酢酸リンゲル液を2mL/kg/hで投与する。

麻酔時間3時間以上の全身麻酔下非開腹手術を予定されている患者。

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1.消化管手術既往患者
2.術前から高カロリー輸液療法を行っている患者
3.糖尿病患者、内分泌異常患者

2. patients undergoing high calorie infusion therapy.
3. patients with diabetes melitus or other endocrine dysfunctions.
