主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes

歩数、膝伸展筋力、握力、Timed Up and Goテスト、Functional Reachテスト、30秒椅子立ち上がりテスト、Profile of Mood States短縮版。
評価時期は、初回介入日、1週間後、2週間後の介入開始30分以上前に行う。

Amount of activity,Knee extension strength,Grip strength,Timed Up and Go test,Functional Reach test,30 seconds chair stand test,Profile of Mood States Brief Form.
Evaluation time is performed before intervention starting for more than 30 minutes in the physiotherapy starting date, 1 week later and 2 weeks later.

コントロール群は、初回介入日、1週間後、2週間後に身体機能、心理機能を評価する。また、通常の理学療法（有酸素運動、筋力トレーニング、バランス練習を毎日40分間）を1週間実施する。その後、Wii Fit Uを併用した理学療法（有酸素運動、筋力トレーニング、バランス練習を毎日20分間とWii Fit Uを毎日20分）を実施する。

In addition, physical therapist(Aerobic exercise, muscle strength training and balance practice, 40 minutes every day) do physiotherapy for one week.After that,Physical therapy in combination the game equipment(Aerobic exercise, muscle strength training and balance practice, 40 minutes every day) do physiotherapy for one week.

日本語
歩行に介助を要する者、歩行に著しく影響を与える併存疾患を有する者、質問紙表の自己記入が困難な者、言語による指示理解が困難な者、評価時に著しいバイタルサインの変動や疲労を引き起こすと予測される者、全身状態が不安定な者とする。
