2) 文書による説明にて同意を得られた者

1) 心肺運動負荷試験が実施できない者
2) 認知機能低下者（Mini Mental State Examination 20点以下）

1)patients unable to perform cardiopulmonary exercise testing
2)patients with low cognitive function (i.e., Mini Mental State Examination score < = 20 points)
