質問票により高山市内における小児アレルギー疾患有症率を明らかにする。気管支喘息・アトピー性皮膚炎・アレルギー性鼻炎についてはInternational Study of Asthma and Allergies in Childhood（ISAAC）質問票を、食物アレルギーについてはWest Japan Study of Asthma and Allergies in Childhood（WJSAAC）2012質問票を使用する。

To clarify the prevalence of childhood allergic symptoms in Takayama city by International Study of Asthma and Allergies in Childhood (ISAAC) questionnaire for bronchial asthma/allergic rhinitis/atopic dermatitis and West Japan Study of Asthma and Allergies in Childhood (WJSAAC) 2012 questionnaire for food allergy.
