介入は、インターベンション群も介入群も、約4週間に1度、5回にわたって行われる。

介入群は、約50分間、セルフヘルプ式のカウンセリングワークシートを、カウンセリングマニュアルを読みながら、約50分程度実施する。

最終介入後、4、8、16、24週後に計測を行う。

People in this group will do the self-help counseling paper worksheet by using worksheet manual. (about 50 min.)
