対象者は1回あたり約60分のプログラムに週に2回参加する。プログラムは全30回で構成されているため、全介入期間は約4か月である。約60分のプログラムは、約45分の音楽セッションと約15分の言語セッションからなる。音楽セッションでは、毎回1つ以上の認知機能を歌唱や楽器演奏を通して学習・トレーニングする。言語セッションでは、音楽セッションで対象とした認知機能を、日常生活場面を想定しながら言語で復習する。

Target individuals are required to participate in 60-minutes sessions in the program. There are two sessions in a week, with 30 sessions in total during 15 weeks of intervention period (approximately 4 months). Each 60-minutes session has two sections: a 45-minutes cognitive intervention section and a 15-minutes bridging section. The bridging section means bridging between the intervention and the real-world. The cognitive intervention section employs music, singing songs and playing instruments. In the bridging section, participants are encouraged to talk and discuss how cognitive skills they learn in the section of the same day will help their everyday lives.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

(1) 統合失調症の診断を受けていること
(2) デイケアまたは作業所に通っていること
(3) 学生の時は普通学級に在籍し、現在も中学卒業以上の学力があること
(4) 週２回のプログラムに、4か月間、参加可能であること
(5) 本研究に同意していること
(6) 参加中の様子のビデオ撮影を許可すること（ビデオは、研究用途で使用する。顔が見える状態のビデオを、本人の許可なく外部に公開することはない）
(7) 目が見えて、耳が聞こえること
(8) 集団でのプログラムに参加可能であること
(9) 入所して、約3か月以上たっていること
(10) 両手、または片手はある程度自由に動かせること
(11) 本人から服薬を含めた聞き取りができること

(7) who has normal eyesight and hearing

(11) who allows interviews including medical management
