日本語
日本糖尿病学会の2型糖尿病診断基準を満たす成人患者で研究への参加について同意が得られた者。
研究期間中に日常生活行動以外に積極的なスポーツ活動を行わない者。

Adult patients who are diagnosed as having type 2 diabetes according to Japanese diagnostic criteria of type 2 diabetes.
Subjects do not engage in any sports like activities during study period.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1型糖尿病および抗GAD抗体価10以上の者。
高血糖高浸透圧症候群や糖尿病性ケトアシドーシスなど高血糖緊急症の患者。
脳梗塞後遺症などで日常生活のADLが低下している者。

糖尿病教育入院中、通常の運動療法に代えてNEATへの介入（歩行，床掃除，窓ふき）を1時間/日、5日間（平日のみ）行う。
2週間の入院期間のうち、前半1週間にNEAT介入を行う群と後半1週間にNEAT介入を行う群の2群に分けてクロスオーバー比較する。
入院期間中は常時3次元活動量計を装着し、身体活動量をモニターする。
また、退院後もNEATを高めるように指導する群とコントロール群に分け、退院後1-3か月後の外来受診時に再度3次元活動量計を装着し、日常生活における身体活動量を測定する。

Subjects perform walking, floor and window cleaning for 60 minutes per day for 5 days during educational hospitalization of diabetes.
After one to three months of discharge, subjects measure the amount of daily physical activity by a triaxial accelerometer.
