東日本大震災との関連を認めた被災地の小児肥満・過体重（以下、肥満）とアレルギー疾患に対応するために、アレルギー疾患の有無や肥満に関する実態を調査し、小児肥満とアレルギー疾患への効果的介入方法を検討すること、及び継続的な小児の発育・健康状態モニタリング方法を検討し確立することである。

宮城県石巻市内の小学校（35校）に在籍する２年生児童とその保護者であること。
宮城県岩沼市内の小学校（4校）に在籍する児童とその保護者であること。
宮城県加美町の小学校（９校）に在籍する児童とその保護者であること。
参加について書面で同意が得られていること。

病気療養中など、長期で学校を休んでいる児童。
調査票へ回答していない児童とその保護者。

主な結果/Results

日本語
１）肥満食事摂取頻度調査に個別の栄養指導による介入を実施した場合、介入前後で体重の有意差はなかった。２）寝室および寝具のメンテナンスを中心とした介入方法によって、アレルゲン物質の軽減効果が得られたことが確認できた。３）親の養育態度、親のメンタルヘルス、ソーシャルキャピタルといった養育環境要因が問題行動の遅発や持続で関連していた。
