選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
変形性膝関節症の患者 (Kellgren-Lowrence scale2, 3の患者で, 日常生活が自立しているもの )

健常高齢者 (膝痛のないもの)

Patients diagnosed as knee osteoarthritis by X-ray examination, who are able to walk with or without assistive devices (Kellgren-Lowrence scale2, 3).

Control: healthy volunteers (no self-reported history of knee pain)

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
心疾患 (心筋梗塞, 狭心症, 心不全), 脳血管疾患 (脳梗塞, 脳出血), 重度の高血圧 (収縮期血圧/<=180 mmHg; 拡張期血圧/<=110 mmHg), 認知症, 悪性腫瘍

また以下の者は除外する
腰部や膝の手術を受けたことがある者, 前十字靱帯損傷, 半月板損傷

heart disease (myocardial infarction, angina pectoris, cardiac insufficiency), cerebrovascular disease (cerebral infarction, hemorrhage), extreme hypertension (systolic blood pressure /<=180 mmHg; diastolic blood pressure /<=110 mmHg), dementia, tumor


Patients with a history or diagnosis of following disorders were excluded: lower limb or back surgery, anterior cruciate ligament injury, meniscal lesions of the knee
