目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
膵臓移植を受ける糖尿病患者は、長期にわたる血糖コントロール不良によって、自律神経機能が障害され胃運動機能異常を有する例が多いが、移植前後の胃運動機能は十分に検討されていない。今回は1型糖尿病により膵腎同時移植の対象となった患者に対し、胃電図による評価を行うとともに、鍼治療の介入による胃運動機能改善効果についても評価する。

Diabetic patients undergoing pancreas transplantation, by the long-term poor glycemic control, but autonomic function there are many examples of the failure with a gastric motility dysfunction, stomach motor function before and after the transplant has not been sufficiently studied. For patients who have been the subject of Pancreas kidney simultaneous transplant by type 1 diabetes this time, together with an evaluation by the stomach electromyography, also be evaluated for gastric motor function improvement effect of acupuncture intervention.

胃運動機能改善効果の評価
胃電図による解析
鍼治療の介入前と介入後に、正常波、遅波（bradygastria）、速波（tachygastria）に経時的に統計学的に有意な差があるか否かで評価する。

本人から文書による同意が得られた症例

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

上部消化管の器質的疾患もしくは切除の既往を有する者

金属アレルギー等により、鍼治療を受けることが困難な者

糖尿病の他に、明らかに自律神経機能の失調をきたす疾患を有する者

その他医師がこの試験の参加に不適当と判断した症例

By metal allergy, etc., difficult person to undergo acupuncture treatment

In addition to diabetes, a person with a disease causing clearly ataxia of autonomic function

Other cases the doctor has determined unsuitable to participate in this test
