目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
本研究の目的は、地域高齢者に対し、口腔ケア・摂食機能に関する説明および嚥下体操の指導の介入を行った前後で、アンケート調査を行い、食に対する意識、口腔ケアへの意識、嚥下体操に関する意識、自ら健康管理することへの意識の変化を明らかにすることである。

For local olderly people, we perform questionary survey in about that we intervened in guidance of the explanation about oral care / the eating function and swallowing gymnastics, and a purpose of this study is to determine a change of the consciousness for the eating, consciousness to oral care, the consciousness about swallowing gymnastics and the consciousness to taking care of itself by oneself.

②研究参加者と一緒に嚥下体操（約3分間）を行う。

（2）性別不問
（3）口腔機能に問題のない人（義歯を装着した人を含む）
（4）研究の参加について文書で同意の得られた、地域に住む健常な高齢者

(1) A person 65 years or older.
(2) Sex no object.
(3) A person (including the person who put on dentures) uneventful for an oral cavity function.
(4) The healthy older people who live in the area where the agreement was obtained in a document about participation with study.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

(1) 意思の疎通が困難な人
(2) 顎関節症の既往のある人
(3) 義歯が外れやすい等の不適合な状態の人
(4) インフォームド・コンセントが困難な人

(1) The person who has difficulty with mutual understanding.
(2) The person with a history of jaw arthritis.
(3) The person who is in an incompatible state whom dentures are easy to come off.
(4) The person who has difficulty with informed consent.
