すべての研究対象者は約90日の介入期間中、介入試験食品を1日1回摂取する。摂取時刻及び摂取方法は自由である。イヌリン繊維の粉末として1日あたり5g摂取する。

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
・介入期間中に渡り、研究に用いる食品あるいは食事を　経口で摂取すること及び嗜好や排便などの記録を継続　できる方
・自立した日常生活を営める在宅高齢者.
・日常生活に全般において介護を受けながらも、研究参　加への同意能力がある施設入居高齢者

Subjecs who can eat sample food or meal by oral
Subjecs who can record preference for sample food or meal.
Subjecs who can reord the amount and frequency of defecation, who are self-sustaining at home.
Subjecs who are living welfare -nursing home and have the ability of agreement for participating to this study.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
・糖尿病や腎臓疾患と診断され、厳密な食事管理が必要　な方
・脳血管疾患やアルツハイマー病などにより医師から認　知機能低下の経過観察を受けている方
・経口での食物摂取に支障がある方
・消化器系の疾患により、消化管の一部が切除または代　替物によって置き換えられ、通常の食事や排便が困　　難な方

Subjecs who are under-severe control in their diet for diabetes and kidney disfunction desease with being diagnosed.
Subjecs who have recieved a follow-up examination from doctor by brain-vascular disease and alzheimer's disease.
Subjecs who have some troubles in food intake by oral.
Subjecs who can not have a normal meal and normal defication by digestive disease.
