咽喉頭・食道・胃の腫瘍性病変の発見患者数割合（白色光とＬＣＩを比較して）

The primary endpoint was the percentage of patients diagnosed as having a
neoplastic lesion in the pharynx, esophagus, or stomach using each of WLI
and LCI in the first examination.

部位別、大きさ別、形態別の腫瘍性病変の診断者数割有り、確信度別の腫瘍性病変の診断者数割合
重篤な有害事象の有無

The secondary endpoints were the percentages of patients diagnosed,using WLI and LCI, as having a neoplastic lesion stratified by location,size or morphology of the lesions or diagnostic confirmation in the first examination as well as the percentage of patients diagnosed, using WLI and
LCI,as having neoplastic lesions or adverse events in the second examination.

消化管がん（口腔・咽頭・喉頭を含む）の既往または現在有る事が分かっている方の検査として上部消化管内視鏡検査を受ける20歳以上89歳までの患者（性別問わず）を対象とする．胃，食道の術後や放射線治療歴のある患者も含む

英語
Patients who plan to undergo upper gastrointestinal endoscopy and who meet one of following

1) Patients who have history of gastrointestinal cancer (which included oral cavity, larynx, pharynx)
2) Patients whose endoscopy is performed for the present gastrointestinal cancer (which included oral cavity, larynx,pharynx)
3) Patients who have history of chemotherapy or radiotherapy
4)Patients who have history of surgical esophageal or gastric resection.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
内視鏡で組織を採取出来ない方や検査施行が困難な方，認知症や意識障害のためにご自身で意思を表明できない方，同意の得られない方を除外する．

1)Patients taking medicines which cause the trouble in obtaining a biopsy tissue

2)Patients who have trouble in undergoing endoscopy

3)Patients with dementia or with disctuebance of consciousness
4)Patients has determined that inappropriate by principal investigator
