被験者に動くアバターを見せながら、キー押しをしてもらう。アバターには人の顔のように見える刺激と、同等のパーツを用いて作成した意味のない刺激を用意する。アバターの動き方には三種類あり、(1)キー押しと完全に連動 (2)キー押しから少し遅れて動く (3)キー押しと関係なくランダムに動く。アバターの表示とキー押し、という動作を30回繰り返した後、アバターに対してラポートの三要因についての評価をしてもらう。30回のキー押しと評価、の組み合わせを12回行ってもらう。これに要する時間は約40分である。

Subjects will push keys with looking at a figure. We'll prepare 2 types of stimuli: figures(A) and figures(B). Figures(A) look like a human face and figures(B) are made by the same parts as figures(A) but don't look like a human face.
These figures will move in below 3 ways.
(1)move at the same time that subjects push a key (2)move slightly after subjects pushing a key (3)move randomly
After 30 times pushing keys, subjects will evaluate figures about 3 factors of rapport. Subjects will do 12 times this set of pushing keys and evaluating, which will take subjects about 40 minutes to finish.

主な結果/Results

交流フェイズ中、自己主体ネットワーク内の前頭頭頂部の活動低下・報酬ネットワークの活動上昇が行動随伴性の主効果として観察された。これは先行研究の知見と一致する。評価フェイズ中、交流フェイズ中に自分の行動に応じた動きをしたアバターの静止画像を見ている時、アバターの生物性に関係なく、自己主体ネットワーク内の前頭頭頂部の活動低下が見られた。

Deactivation of the frontoparietal self-agency network and activation of the reward network were the main effects of action contingency during the contact phase, consistent with previous findings. During the recognition phase, static avatars that had previously moved in a contingent manner deactivated the frontal component of the frontoparietal network (bilateral insula and inferior-middle frontal gyri), regardless of person-like appearance.
