目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
本研究の目的は，歩行可能な脳卒中片麻痺患者を対象として，理学療法の臨床場面で用いられることの多い内的注意の焦点化と，運動イメージを用いた外的注意の焦点化，何も意識しないコントロール条件という注意の焦点化の違いが歩容に及ぼす影響を，簡易的歩行解析システムを用いて定量的に解析することである．

The purpose of this study is to quantitatively analyzed the effect of differences in the focus of attention on the gait using a simple gait analysis system. This study targeted at the hemiplegia patients. Conditions of the focus of attention is the internal focus of attention of that to be used in clinical situations of physical therapy, external focus of attention with motor imagery, and control group.

「後ろから引かれているゴムの力に負けないようにイメージして歩いて下さい」という教示の後に，1回目の測定として10ｍ歩行を行い，1分間の休憩を挟んで2回目の測定を行う．

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

30 歳以上90歳未満で，病棟内歩行を自立している者．装具使用の有無は問わないこととする.

In less than 30 years old 90 years of age, those who are self-supporting the ward within the walking. And it does not matter whether or not braces use.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
課題の内容が理解できない者，高度の知覚障害を有する者，認知障害(MMSE24点以下)を有する者，その他の神経障害(パーキンソン病)を有する者，イメージアンケート（the kinesthetic and visual imagery questionnaire-10，以下KVIQ-10）における下肢に関する項目でイメージができない者，注意評価（cancellation test）の点数が年代別の基準値に達しない者，歩行動作に影響するような整形外科的疾患を有する者は，本研究の被験者から除外する．
