脳血流量測定
(1)バーチャルリアリティゲームをしながらの近赤外線光脳機能イメージング装置（fNIRS）による脳内血流量測定を実施した。

We measured cerebral blood flow while playing virtual reality games using
functional near-infrared spectroscopy(fNIRS).

副次アウトカム評価項目/Key secondary outcomes

調査内容
①基本属性
・世帯状況、主訴、既往歴、服薬状況、家族歴、身長、体重、血圧 を看護師による聞き取りと実測で行った。
②精神機能の全体評定尺度
・GAFスコアは主治医の診断した情報を基に40点以上であることを確認した。
③認知機能評価
・前頭葉機能検査（Frontal Assessment Battery;以下FAB）
④健康関連QOL尺度(SF-36[16,17]
⑤身体機能測定
巧緻・敏捷性（Time Up and Go）、柔軟性（ファンククショナルリーチテスト）、平衡性（開眼片足立ち時間）、歩行筋力（全力歩行10m）、脚筋力・持久力（椅子からの立ち上がり）、筋力（握力）の6項目である。

This is evaluated on the following six items of skillfulness and agility (Timed Up and Go), flexibility (functional reach test), balance (one-leg standing test with eyes open), gait (walk 10m at maximum force),muscle endurance (30-second chair test) and muscle force (grip strength).

介入プログラムは、任天堂Wii TM Sports Resortを使用した。これは、任天堂のゲーム機Wii用のゲームソフト「Wii TM Sports Resort」収録スポーツ12種類のビデオゲームでWiiリモコンの特徴を生かして実際の競技に近い動きでプレイすることが出来る。この介入を週1回、60分間、3ヶ月間実施した。

一方、対照期間は同じ介入群の１年後の同じ時期（6月～9月）に通常の作業療法プログラムに参加した期間3ヶ月の前後を調査測定した。次年の同じ時期に、前年度介入期間であった対象は対照期間に、対照期間であった対象は介入期間として実施した.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

石川県内1ヶ所、福井県内2ヶ所で精神科デイケアに通所中の①国際疾病分類（ICD-10）の診断基準により、「統合失調症」と診断の受けた者、②知的障害、アルコール依存症、薬物依存症の診断を受けていない者、③18歳以上65歳未満である者、④精神症状が重篤でない者として、機能の全体的評定尺度（The Global Assessment of Functioning; 以下GAF ）が40点以上の者⑤本研究の目的・内容を十分に理解できる者、の5つの条件をすべて満たす者

Subjects attended psychiatric day services at one location in Ishikawa prefecture and two locations in Fukui prefecture. They met all five of the following criteria: 1.diagnosed as "schizophrenic" following the criteria defined by the international classification of diseases (ICD-10);2) not diagnosed with a mental disability, alcoholism or drug addiction;3) aged 18-64 years;4) score of 40 points or more in the Global Assessment of Functioning (GAF; indicating a non-severe mental state) and 5) capable of fully understanding the purpose and content of this research.
