本研究は、「NIPTを受検する妊婦に対して、遺伝カウンセリングを受けて即日採血をする従来通りの群と、遺伝カウンセリングの1～2週間前にNIPTに対する正確な知識を確認し、クライアントの疑問に答え、情報不足からくる不安の軽減を図るために事前相談を受ける群に分け、両郡間でアンケート調査によるSTAIを用いたクライアントの不安スコアの変動に相違が出るかを明らかにする」という非盲検無作為化並行群間比較試験を予定している。この試験の被験者数の規模の推定とアンケート質問内容の信頼性や妥当性を検討するため、症数例で予備的な介入試験を行う。

主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes

従来通りのNIPT検査説明・採血を実施するＡ群と事前相談から1～2週間後にNIPT検査説明・採血を実施するＢ群の各群において、状態不安のスコアがどの程度変化するかを予備的に検討する。

新潟大学医歯学総合病院にNIPT受検目的で受診された34歳以上（分娩予定日に35歳以上）の妊婦

NIPT受検前に2週間以上待機期間がある妊婦

Clients who undergo NIPT at Niigata University Hospital due to late childbearing.

Clients who can wait for more than 2 weeks prior to NIPT.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
