選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
1)千葉大学医学部附属病院呼吸器外科で肺悪性腫瘍もしくは疑い病変に対して、肺区域切除を行う症例
2)胸部CTで最大径3cm以下の肺腫瘍
3)同意取得時の年齢が20歳以上
4)ECOG performance status (PS)が0-1
5)主要臓器機能が保持されている
6)本試験の参加について、文書で本人の同意が得られている

1. Patients eligible for pulmonary segmentectomy for pulmonary malignancy or suspected lesions
2. Tumor size with a diameter of 3cm or lower
3. 20 years old or older
4. ECOG performance status 0-1
5. No definitive organd dysfuntion
6. Written consent obtaiend for this study

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1)ICGに対してアレルギーを認める患者
2)ヨード過敏症を認める患者（ICGに少量のヨードが含まれているため）
3)胸部CTで、明らかな間質性肺炎または肺線維症を有する患者
4)低肺機能で気道内ICG注入に耐えられない可能性のある患者
5)認知症患者などで代諾が必要となる患者
6)妊婦、授乳中または妊娠している可能性のある女性

バーチャル気管支鏡ガイド下にインドシアニングリーンを切除予定区域の気管支内に注入して、術中に近赤外線胸腔鏡でICGを確認する手法は、実行可能であり、関連する有害事象は認めず、術中に区域間線を同定するのに有用であった。

Navigational bronchoscopy-guided endobronchial indocyanin injection followed by intraoperative near-infrared thoracoscopy was demonsrated to be feasible and safe. This technique was useful to determine intersegmental plains during pulmonary segmetectomy.
