目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
病院で勤務する看護師の生活の質（ＱＯＬ）に影響する因子は、仕事満足度、職業性ストレス、周囲からのサポート、ストレス対処能力などと報告されており、国が違っていても同様な要因があるように見受けられるが、これまで、実際の国ごとの比較は十分に行われてこなかった。近年、ＱＯＬを改善するために発展途上国の看護師が先進国への移住することがみられるが、実際に国が違うことでＱＯＬが違うのか、多国間におけるＱＯＬへの因子の検証はいまだ不十分である。また、アジアの看護師のデータ自体も少ないのが現状である。そこで、本研究の目的を、アジアの看護師において、1）ＱＯＬが違うかどうかを比較する、2）ＱＯＬに関連する因子を検証する、とした。また、ワークライフバランスについても検証することとした。

Hospital based nurses' quality of life is affected by job satisfaction, job stress, social support, and stress coping ability. This relationship seems comparable even if country is different. Recently, nurses travel and immigrate from own country to developed county to get better quality of life. However, dynamic comparison of quality of life and identify related variables among different country is limited. Asian data for nurses' quality of life is also limited. Our study aims are to 1) compare nurses' quality of life across Asian countries, and 2) identify related variables with quality of life. Work life balance is also investigated.

自国の課題を明らかにするためには、国際比較をすることで自国を客観的に評価することが出来る。看護においてもグルーバル化が進んでおり、本研究は、看護師の生活の質（ＱＯＬ）を国際的に検証することを目的としている。

To recognize own country issue, international objective evaluation is vital. Recently, globalization in nursing is certain. Our study aims to evaluate nurses' quality of life internationally.

生活の質（ＱＯＬ）：WHOQOL-BREF（26項目）使用
職業性ストレス：National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health questionnaireを使用
人生の満足度：仕事満足度と私生活満足度を測定し合算
