日本国内で、本研究期間中に心肺蘇生の質を記録できる除細動器を使用できる消防本部
3. 消防本部の登録手順
日本国内の各消防本部に、本研究内容を説明する。説明後、参加可能な消防本部から研究協力機関承諾書を回収する。
4. 観察項目

1.心停止患者に関するデータ
対象者の性別・年齢、普段の生活状態、心停止目撃状況、目撃者と心停止患者の関係、心停止場所、心停止時の状況、口頭指導、市民等による除細動、バイスタンダーによる心肺蘇生、初期心電図波形、2次救命処置、現場滞在時間、心停止に至った原因、自己心拍再開、発症1ヶ月後生存、発症1ヶ月後または退院時の脳機能評価、ドクターカー･ドクターヘリ
2.救急隊員に関するデータ
経験年数、救急救命士の資格
3.心肺蘇生の質を記録する除細動器に関するデータ
除細動器の種類、現場での心肺蘇生の質データの利用（リアルタイムフィードバック）、活動後の心肺蘇生の質データの活用（デブリーフィング）
4.心肺蘇生の質に関するデータ
蘇生時間中の胸骨圧迫時間の割合、胸骨圧迫の深さ、胸骨圧迫の速さ、換気量および換気回数

Japanese fire departments which can use defibrillators, which can record the quality of cardiopulmonary resuscitation, during the study period
3. Registry procedures of fire departments
Researchers give the presentation on this study to each Japanese fire department. After finishing the presentation, researchers collect agreements from participative fire departments
4. Collected data

1.Patients characteristics
Sex, Age, Activities of daily life before arrests, Witnessed status, Relation of the bystander to the patient, Locations of arrests, Situation of arrests, Dispatcher cardiopulmonary resuscitation, Automated external defibrillator use by a general public, Bystander cardiopulmonary resuscitation, Initial electrocardiogram rhythm, Advanced cardiac life support, Scene time interval, Cause of cardiac arrest, Return of spontaneous circulation, 1-month survival, 1-month survival or discharge with cerebral performance category, Physician presences on ambulance car or ambulance helicopter
2.Emergency medical services personnel characteristics
Years of experience as emergency medical services personnel, License on emergency lifesaving technician
3.The data on defibrillators, which can record the quality of cardiopulmonary resuscitation
The type of defibrillators, Real-time feedback on the scene by using the data on the quality of cardiopulmonary resuscitation, Debriefing after events by using the data on the quality of cardiopulmonary resuscitation
