選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
1）救急医療施設（二・三次救急）に搬送され入院となり、救急部門にて医師により自損行為と判断された者
2）精神科医による複数回の判定により自殺の意志が確認された者。なお、自殺の意志の判定は、臨床判断にて行う。
3）「救命救急センターに搬送された自殺未遂者の自殺企図の再発防止に対する複合的ケース・マネージメント」を受けることに同意した者

1) Patients confirmed as suicide attempt by a physician on admitted to emergency department
2) Patients confirmed on several occasions with intents of suicide by psychiatrist as clinical decision
3) Patients accepted the implementation of the assertive case management (ACTION-J)

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1）説明同意時に意識障害がある者
2）日本語を理解しない者
3）その他、本研究に登録することが不適格な理由を持つ者

1) Patients with impaired consciousness at informed consent
2) Patients on impossible communications with Japanese
3) Patients with other inappropriate reasons for registered this study
