主な結果/Results

日本語
MEPを誘導する脳波平均パワーを比較し、高いTMS強度（振幅約1 mV、SI1mV）で開閉眼条件でパワー差を評価した(実験1)。C3電極を含む刺激前の高アルファ／低ベータパワー値は、SI1mV条件で開眼においてより大きなMEPを誘導した。 実験2では、TMS強度の影響（高：SI1mV、低：安静時運動閾値）を評価し,SI1mV条件では同様の結果が得られたが、より低いTMS強度では不明瞭であった。実験3では、EEG誘発TMSを用いてEEG振動がMEP振幅を予測できるかどうかをテストし、より高いアルファ帯域パワー値がより高いMEP振幅を予測することを示した。
