選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
1.米飯を摂取した後の簡易血糖測定装置（摂取前、摂取後15分、30分、45分、60分、90分、120分）による120分間の血糖上昇曲線下面積（IAUC)が3500min mg/dL以上である食後血糖が高めの方
2.本食品ヒト試験への参加を志願し、文章により同意する能力を有する者
3.スクリーニング検査を実施し、試験責任医師、試験担当医師が被験者として適切だと判断した者

1.Volunteers of high IAUC responders to white rice (3500 min mg/dL <, for 120 min) in healthy subjects, by finger-prick blood measurement at 0 (preintake), 15, 30, 45, 60, 90 and 120 min postintake of white rice.
2.Volunteers being able to make self-judgent to particupate in this study and giving written informed consent.
3.Volunteers having screening test results judged to be appropriate for this study by investigator.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1.重篤な肝障害、腎障害、心血管系疾患で本試験に不適当と考えられる既往を有する者
2.胃切除、腸管切除及び本試験に不適当と考えられる消化器系疾患の既往を有する者
3.糖尿病の者
4.血糖値に影響のある薬剤を服用している者
5.その他、試験責任医師が被験者として不適格と判断した者

1.Volunteers having severe history of the diseases (liver, kidney, hert, blood) judged to be inappropriate for this study.
2.Volunteers received gastrectomy, enterectomy, or gastro-intestinal diseases, judged to be inappropriate for this study.
3.Diabetes mellitus.
4.Subjects who use oral medication affecting blood glucose.
5.Volunteers with any other medical reasons judged to be inappropriate by chief investigater.
