多施設共同前向き観察研究
対象; 参加5施設のERCP全施行症例(2年間で5000例を予定)
観察項目; 患者背景、術者の経験年数、疾患名、処置時間、処置内容、検査後腹痛の有無、処置関連合併症、検査後2時間後・翌日の膵酵素値
解析方法; ERCP後にCT撮影を行った膵酵素上昇症例のうち、膵炎所見の詳細と膵酵素値の相関関係を検証する
(ROC解析でのカットオフ値設定）

Subjects; consecutive patients who underwent ERCP in 5 institutions (5000 cases for 2years)
Endpoints: Patients characteristics, years experience of the operators, procedure time, procedure protocol, procedural complication rate, serum pancreatic enzymes level
Analysis: Determination of cutoff value using ROC analysis for serum pancreatic enzyme level and pancreatitis diagnosed by CT image findings
