目的1：
助産師による3Dアニメーションソフトを用いた分娩の進み方の個別的な説明が、産婦に及ぼす効果を明らかにする。
目的2：
助産師が産婦を対象に、分娩アニメーションを用い分娩の進み方を説明することの有用性を、フォーカスグループインタビュー法により明らかにする。

①介入群：井元産婦人科医院で妊娠37週以降に経膣分娩予定の産婦。
②対照群：井元産婦人科医院で妊娠37週以降に経膣分娩予定の産婦。
目的2：
井元産婦人科医院の10年以上の経験がある助産師3名。

Midwife who has experience for ten years or more

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

的1：
分娩時
①20歳未満
②早産
③予定帝王切開術
④母児の健康状態不良の者（重症妊娠高血圧症候群、多胎妊娠、胎児発育不全、羊水過多・過 少、
⑤胎児心拍数異常など
⑥入院時すぐに分娩準備が必要など、分娩が切迫している産婦
⑦分娩管理上参加が困難な産婦
産褥期
①緊急帝王切開
②母児の健康状態が不良の者（産科危機的出血、産褥熱、産褥精神障害、深部静脈血栓症、死産、重篤な新生児の合併症など）
目的2：
新人助産師を除く
