目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
複合性局所疼痛症候群（Complex Regional Pain Syndrome; CRPS）や幻肢痛は薬物療法にも抵抗性で有効な治療法がなく難治性疼痛と呼ばれる.
これらの治療法として行われているものの一つに鏡療法があり，鏡に健常肢を映しこみ，その動きを観察することで痛みが軽減することが報告されている．また，動きを観察することによる痛みの軽減は電動義手の操作でも報告されている．
動作の観察による痛みの軽減は，ある目的に沿った動作が主体的に行われたという感覚である運動主体感の発生が重要だと考える．運動主体感は入力と実際の動作に遅延が生じた時に曖昧になることが明らかにされている．
本研究では電動義手の外見及び動作を変化させることで運動主体感の発生の違いを，電動義手への入力と実際の動作に遅延を生じさせることで明らかにする．

Complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS) and phantom limb pain are resistant to drug therapy and there is no effective treatment and it is called intractable pain.
It is reported that one of the treatments for these treatments is mirror therapy. In mirror therapy, the normal paw is reflected on the mirror, and the pain is alleviated by observing the movement. Pain relief by observing movement has also been reported in the operation of electric prosthetic hands.
We think that it is important to reduce the pain by observing the motion, it is important to generate sense of agency, which is a feeling that motion in accordance with a certain purpose is acted on its own initiative. Sense of agency is revealed to be ambiguous when there is a delay in input and actual operation.
In this study, we will clarify the difference in the occurrence of sense of agency by changing the appearance and motion of the electric prosthesis by causing delays in the input to the electric prosthetic hand and the actual movement.

主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes

電動義手の把持動作再現度及び外見再現度の変化により，研究対象者が感じる運動主体感の変化をアンケートにより収集する．
運動主体感は入力と実際の動作を遅延させ，その遅延時間を複数用意し，ランダムに提示することでどの遅延時間で自分で操作した感覚がなくなったかを答えてもらう．

We collect changes sense of agency by using questionnaire when the electric prosthetic hands change the reproducibility gripping action and the appearance.
Changes sense of agency are collected by delaying input and actual motion, prepares plural delay times and presents them at random.
Participants answer at which delay time the feeling of using themselves has disappeared.
