本研究の主目的は4DCTAを用いて脳動脈瘤の拍動の有無について検討することで、日本人の脳動脈瘤において破裂リスクの高い動脈瘤を明らかにすることである。

By ECG gated 3D-computed tomography angiography (4D-CTA), we detect pulsation in unruptured cerebral aneurysms. The clinical usefulness of this method is then evaluated.

主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes

4D-CTAにより未破裂脳動脈瘤のサイズ・性状・局在の評価と、拍動の有無を評価する。
その後はMRIや3D-CTAによるフォローを行い、瘤の増大の有無を調べる。追跡期間は2021年9月までとする。

Size, shape, location, and pulsation of Unruptured aneurysms are evaluated by 4D-CTA.
Then we follow the size of unruptured aneurysms by performing MRI or 3D-CTA, until August 2021.

未破裂脳動脈瘤を3D-CTAでフォロー中の患者において、定期観察目的の3D-CTAが計画された際に、同意が得られた場合に4D-CTAを撮像し拍動の有無を観察する。

3D-CTA is performed to follow unruptured aneurysms in our hospital. We perform 4D-CTA insetad of 3D-CTA and evaluate pulsation of unruptured aneurysms under the agreement.

手術適応のない頭蓋内未破裂脳動脈瘤

Intracranial unruptured aneurysms which aren't indication for surgery.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

・手術適応のある未破裂脳動脈瘤ないし既に手術治療を受けたことのあるもの
・腎不全(EGFR<60 m/min/1.73 sqm)
・妊娠ないし授乳中

Unruptured aneurysms which are indication for surgery, or have already been performed surgery.
Renal failure(EGFR<60 m/min/1.73 sqm)
Pregnant or lactating patients.
