選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1. 片側の膝以遠の予定手術を全身麻酔+末梢神経ブロック管理で受ける患者
2. 米国麻酔科学会術前状態分類1-3
3. 参加について患者本人から文書で同意が得られている

1. Patients undergoing a unilateral lower extremity surgery on distal to the knee under general anesthesia combined with peripheral nerve blocks
2. American Society of Anesthesiologists PS 1-3
3. Written informed consent is provided

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1. 意思疎通が難しい場合（認知症患者、精神発達遅滞患者、日本語を解さない者など）
2. 坐骨神経ブロック穿刺部位近くに感染巣を認める患者
3. 手術側の股関節または大腿骨手術の既往がある患者
4. 重度の肥満患者（BMI > 35kg/m2）
5. 体重が40kg未満の患者
6. 局所麻酔薬に対してアレルギーがある患者
7. 術前から術側下肢の感覚異常を認める患者
8. その他、研究責任者が研究対象者として不適当と判断した者

1. Inability to communicate lucidly
2. Infection at the injection site
3. Prior surgery on the ipsilateral hip or femur
4. BMI > 35 kg/m2
5. BW < 40 kg
6. Allergy to local anesthetics
7. Pre-existing sensory disturbance of the ipsilateral lower extremity
8. Patients who are regarded ineligible by researchers with any other reasons
