目的1/Narrative objectives1

生命は酸素を利用することで、活動エネルギーを作り出している。酸素の一部は代謝過程で一部活性酸素にかわり生命維持に利用されているが、過剰の場合には細胞を傷つけ、肥満、がん、糖尿病、アルツハイマーなどの疾病や老化の引き金になると考えられている。従って、活性酸素の発生量を適切なレベルに保つ必要があり、生体内の活性酸素を消去する機構（抗酸化）も存在する。本研究では、過剰な活性酸素を消去する能力があるとされる、電解水素水の飲用により、産生される酸化物の低減効果や抗酸化能力の増強効果について検討する。

1回の試験日あたり、電解水素水、水道水、水素水のいづれかひとつを飲用する。投与量は、500mlである。投与回数は1回のみ。試験期間は、のべ3日間。

Participants should intake of hydrogen-rich water, tap water or hydrogen water. Amount of 500 ml of water they need drink. Total 3 days they should drink water for this study.

1回の試験日あたり、電解水素水、水道水、水素水のいづれかひとつを飲用する。投与量は、350mlである。投与回数は1回のみ。試験期間は、のべ3日間。
