選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

　本学附属病院呼吸器内科外来および入院患者のうち、びまん性肺疾患で在宅酸素療法（以下：LTOT）導入を予定している患者。年齢は20歳以上で、担当医が加速度計付き歩数計ライフコーダGSで身体活動状況を測定可能な状態であると判断した患者を選定する。

The patient with diffuse lung disease who is going to take long term oxygen therapy.
Age over 20 years old, and those who can put physical activity monitor

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
(1)急性呼吸不全状態の患者
(2)身体的、精神的要因によりモニター装着が不可能な患者
(3)研究責任医師あるいは研究分担医師が対象として不適当と判断した患者
(4)インフォームド・コンセントを受けることが困難な者
