下記、3つの基準を満たす者；

1. 日本版個別型援助付き雇用フィデリティ調査を2016年度内に受けている機関（17機関）の利用者

2. 2017年1月1日～6月30日までに新規に各機関、見学、体験、利用開始した者

3. 20歳以上のもの


上記の基準にあてはまるものは全て対象となるため、本研究は目標参加者数を定めない（該当欄には数字をいれる必要があるため「0」を記入）

Users who met the following criteria;

1. Users in agencies where receive/have received fidelity assessment for Japanese version of individualized supported employment fidelity scale

2. New users in each agencies between 1st January 2017 and 30th June 2017

3. Those who are more than 20 year-old

All the users who meet the above criteria are potential participants for this study. We do not set the target sample size, and just write '0' in the section of sample size, because we have to write the particular number in this section.

日本版個別型援助付き雇用フィデリティ（Japanese version of individualized supported employment fidelity scale: JiSEFの高再現群の就労率（約70%）は、低再現群の就労率（約40%）よりも高かった。また、高再現群の平均就労期間は、低再現群の期間より長かった。また、1年以上就労した人や収入額も高再現群が多かった。一方で、両群の入院、WHO-5やINSPIREの得点に有意な差ははなかった。

The high JiSEF score group obtained higher employment rate (around 70%), compared to the low fidelity score group (around 40%). Also, the high fidelity group produced longer work tenure and greater salary, compared to the low fidelity score group. However, there were not significant differences in rehospitalization, WHO-5 and INSPIRE.

分析対象者全体で、女性が約45%であった。平均年齢は、約35歳であった。最も多い診断は統合失調症であった。

Among all participants, 45% of them were female. The mean age was 35. The most common diagnosis was schizophrenia.

参加者の流れ/Participant flow

最終的に16機関が参加し、211名の組み入れがあった。また、研究開始後の同意撤回や導入基準外の判明が合計8名いた。最終的な分析対象は202名であった。

16 agencies participated in this study. 211 participants agreed with the participation in this study. 8 had withdrawn their consent or had been identified as violation of inclusion criteria after the study launched.

本調査は、国内で型援助付き雇用の実践をする17機関を対象に、日本版個別型援助付き雇用フィデリティ尺度の得点と利用者の就労アウトカム等の関連を探る。
具体的には、フィデリティ調査を受けた17機関において、2017年1月1日から6月30日に利用を開始した全ての利用者を24ヵ月間追跡する。
24ヵ月後に各機関におけるフィデリティ得点の高低を暴露として、就労アウトカム（就労の有無、就労機関など）や心理尺度（INSPIRE, WHO5）の得点を比較する。

This study aims to explore association between the score for Japanese version of individualized supported employment fidelity scale and employment outcomes in 17 employment service agencies.
We follow all the users who start receiving services in 17 agencies between 1st January 2017 and 30th June 2017.
After 24 months follow-up, we compare employment outcome (Job gain/not, work tenure and so on) and psychological scale (INSPIRE, WHO5) as the score of fidelity scale is an exposure.
