目的/Objectives

日本語
低血糖を呈する膵外腫瘍では腫瘍から産生された大分子量IGF-IIが低血糖の発生に関与すると考えられ，その診断には血中に大分子量IGF-IIを証明することが有用である。本研究ではその臨床像，特に本症における血糖関連ホルモンの特徴を明らかにし，IGF-IIの分子量解析を施行すべき低血糖症例を選定する上での有用性を明らかにすることを目的とする。

The pathogenesis of NICTH is thought to be an excessive production by tumors of big IGF-II. Confirmation of big IGF-II in the circulation is important for diagnosing IGF-II producing NICTH. In this study, we investigated whether the profile of glucose-regulatory hormones is helpful for identifying patients with hypoglycemia who need molecular weight analysis of IGF-II.

自発性低血糖の症例において血中に多量の大分子量IGF-IIが証明されIGF-II産生NICTHと診断された群とIGF-IIが正常であった群における血糖関連ホルモンの所見を比較検討する。

This study investigated the levels of glucose-regulatory hormones in patients with NICTH with high serum levels of big IGF-II (big IGF-II group) and compared these with profiles of patients with spontaneous hypoglycemia with normal IGF-II levels (normal IGF-II group).

IGF-II産生NICTHか否かの診断を目的として2015年4月以降に日本医科大学において血中IGF-IIの分子量の解析を実施した自発性低血糖症の症例（他施設症例を含む）
