本研究では骨転移に対して新たな疼痛緩和治療法を検討する上で基礎的な情報として、現在骨転移の標準的治療として行っている外部照射治療においての疼痛緩和期間を前方視的に把握することを目的とする。

In this study, as fundamental information for studying new pain relief treatment for bone metastasis, we will grasp the pain relief period in external radiation therapy currently being done as a standard treatment of bone metastasis.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
1.原発部位あるいは転移部位からの組織学検査でがんの診断がついている。
2.有痛性骨転移を有し、痛みの原因が画像上特定できる。
3.今回の疼痛部位に対し放射線治療の既往がない。
4.患者は疾患について告知を受けており、本試験参加について患者本人から文書で同意が得られている。

1. Diagnosis of cancer is attached by histological examination from the primary site or metastasis site.
2. The cause of pain can be specified on the image.
3. There is no history of radiotherapy for the pain site.
4. The patient is informed about the disease, and the patient consent has been obtained

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1．今回の骨転移によって骨折や脊髄圧迫症状がある。
2．担当医が不適切と判断した場合
・生命予後が1ヶ月未満と想定される。
・意思の疎通がとれない。など

1. No fractures or no spinal cord compression symptoms.
2. The doctor judges that the patient is inappropriate.
