主な結果/Results

データ取集対象者72名
解析対象者59名
男性31、女性24、平均年齢８２歳。サルコペニアの摂食嚥下障害疑い14、可能性が高い22、除外19。疑いと可能性が高いを併せてサルコペニアの摂食嚥下障害群（ＳＤ）とした。
ＳＤは、除外群に比し舌の面積が小さく輝度が高かった。ＳＤの有無に対する舌面積のカットオフ値は1536.0ｍｍ2で、頤舌骨筋の輝度カットオフ値が20.1だった。多変量解析では舌筋の面積と輝度が嚥下障害の独立した危険因子だった。

The group with sarcopenic dysphagia had a significantly lower cross-sectional area and area of brightness of the tongue muscle than that observed in the group without sarcopenic dysphagia. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the area of the tongue muscle and its area of brightness were independent risk factors for sarcopenic dysphagia.
