本研究目的は、労働者における、ジョブ・クラフティング介入プログラムの、プライマリアウトカムとしてワーク・エンゲイジメント向上に対する効果を、無作為化比較試験デザインにより明らかにする。また、セカンダリアウトカムとして、心理的ストレス反応の低減、ジョブ・クラフティング、労働パフォーマンス、および努力報酬不均衡の増加に対する効果を明らかにする。

The purpose of the study is to examine the effectiveness of a job crafting intervention program for increasing work engagement, as primary outcome, among workers, with a randomized controlled trial design. The study also aimed to examine the effectiveness of this program for improving psychological distress, job crafting, work performance, and effort-reward imbalance, as secondary outcomes.

2回にわたる集合研修式のプログラムであり、ジョブ・クラフティングに関する心理教育を提供する。研修の後はメールによるフォローを行う。

In the total sample, the job crafting intervention program showed a non-significant effect on work engagement at both 3-month and 6-month follow-up. Also, job crafting did not improve significantly. However, the program showed a significant intervention effect on work engagement (p = 0.04) with small effect size (Cohen's d = 0.33 at 3-month follow-up) of workers in a lower job crafting subgroup.
