肩関節鏡視下手術後のクライオセラピーを、安楽に、効果的に実施するクライオセラピー方法を見出すために、クライオセラピー実施に最も有効と考えられる冷却温度と冷却持続時間、疼痛・苦痛への影響要因を明らかにする。

We plan to elucidate the optimum application temperature and duration, and other factors influencing pain and distress, in patients receiving cryotherapy after arthroscopic shoulder surgery, in order to develop comfortable and effective methods of cryotherapy.

クライオセラピーは当病院で2009年10月より肩関節鏡視下術後の術後管理の一環として実施している治療で、これまでに循環障害などの重篤な有害事象の発生は認めていない。

Cryotherapy is a treatment we are conducting as a part of postoperative management after shoulder arthroscopic surgery from October 2009 in this hospital and has not admitted the occurrence of serious adverse events such as circulation disorder so far .

実施責任者が対象者として不適当と判断した患者
