日本語
最終解析対象は、Self-monitoring group 61名とControl group 62名に割り付けられた後、研究スケジュールを完遂し、かつ2回の蓄尿に成功した100名を最終解析対象者とした(割付: Self-monitoring group 51名/Control group 49名、年齢20.8±0.9歳、BMI20.4±2.0kg/m2、血圧値101.4±7.5/63.5±6.5 mmHg)。Baseline時において両群間の特性、24時間尿中排泄量には有意差を認めなかった。介入前後におけるSelf-monitoring groupの24時間尿中食塩排泄量は減少傾向を示し、24時間尿中Sodium/potassium ratioはControl groupでは変化を認めなかった一方で[Baseline: 4.1±1.5 →Endline: 4.2±2.0, p=0.723]、Self-monitoring groupにおいて有意な改善を示した [Baseline: 4.0±1.7 →Endline: 3.5±1.4, p=0.044]。この尿中排泄量の改善は、Self-monitoring groupの中でも食塩排泄量自己測定機器を用いたセルフモニタリング高頻度に行った群にのみ認められた。
