オルソケラトロジーレンズをもちいて、視力、眼圧、角膜形状解析による角膜の変化、角膜内皮細胞測定による角膜内皮への影響、共焦点顕微鏡による角膜表面、実質、内皮での変化、涙液観察装置DR1による涙液動態変化、角膜サーモグラフィーによる温度変化などを観察し、オルソケラトロジーレンズが眼に与える影響を研究する

This study is influence of orthokeratology lens,using visual acuity,intraocular pressure,topography analysis,by measurement of corneal endothelial cell,changes in corneal surface,stroma and endothelium by confocal microscopy,tear meniscus change due to DR1,Temperature change due to corneal thermography.
