目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
去勢抵抗性前立腺癌(castration-resistant prostate cancer (CRPC))患者さんのQOL(生活の質)の改善と治療効果を目的とする。そのための評価項目としては血清中の前立腺特異抗原（PSA）、および評価可能な病変を有する場合には画像検査を用いる。発生した有害事象は全て副次評価項目として評価する。
