試験実施薬局を利用する患者で、ＣＯＰＤあるいは気管支喘息に対し吸入薬が処方され、吸入治療を3ヶ月以上継続している患者

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

悪性腫瘍併発患者
重篤な肝・腎障害、心疾患患者
吸入時に介助を必要とする患者

Patients are excluded if they have cancer, sever liver or renal dysfunction, and difficulty of inhaling by themselves.
