アメリカ麻酔学会術前状態分類(ASA-PS)が1-3で、全身麻酔および神経ブロックを受ける上肢、下肢手術の予定手術患者

Patients aged 20 yr or older, with ASA physical status I-III, scheduled to receive general anesthesia and nerve blocks for the upper or lower extremity surgery

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

神経筋疾患、重症糖尿病、局所麻酔または筋弛緩回復薬スガマデクスにアレルギーのある患者

主な結果/Results

日本語
A total of 32 nerve blocks were per- formed in 25 patients as seven patients received two blocks. Nerve stimulation guidance was successful in 31 of 32 blocks (96.9%).

　We conclude that our protocol can be an option in some cases requiring peripheral nerve block under general anesthesia with tracheal intubation and nerve stimulation guidance combined with ultrasound.
