脂肪性肝疾患の脂肪肝の程度・臨床検査値及び経時的な病態の変化とPNPLA3、NCAN、LYPLL1、GCKR、PPP1R3b、CYP17A1、NT5C2、ADIPOQ, TM6SF2, TLL1遺伝子各々のSNPsの頻度の関連を検討する。

研究対象者は共同研究施設を検診、治療目的に受診した者と本学附属病院消化器内科を受診した患者で、試料提供者は本研究に同意が得られた者とする。
