主な結果/Results

日本語
大学生における健康食品・サプリメントに関する意識への講義による介入の影響を検討した。
本教育介入が行われる前において、健康食品・サプリメントに対する学生の理解は不足していた。しかしながら、一時間の講義介入により、彼らの認識を改善することができ、「健康食品・サプリメントは単なる食品であるため、安全である」など基本的な認識13項目すべてにおいて改善が認められた。
他学部に比較し、薬学部生は介入以前より正しい認識を持っていたが、教育介入により、さらにその認識を改善できることが明らかとなった。

We conducted the lecture based intervention on university students about dietary supplements(DS). Before the intervention, the students understanding of DS was deficient. Post-intervention, their knowledge levels had significantly improved, such as DS are safe because they are just food, and other 12 topics. Despite there being a greater number of pharmaceutical students who had a correct understanding of DS before the intervention, these students still showed improvement after the lecture.
