主な結果/Results

日本語
リクルートされた57名のうち、同意の得られた21名をベースライン測定し無作為割付けを行った。
21名のうち、軟質リライン10名、通法義歯群11名に割り付けた。
ベースライン時のＣＰＴ値および、ＰＴ値に有意差は認めなかった。
調整完了後の各群のＣＰＴ値、ＰＴ値に有意差は認めなかった。
通法義歯群、軟質リライン義歯群ともに旧義歯と新義歯調整後にＣＰＴ値、ＰＴ値に有意差は認めなかった。

21 subjects who agreed to the study protocol assigned as the subjects. They were either randomly allocated into two group:SD, CD.
Among 21 subjects, 10 soft lining denture and 11 conventional denture group were assigned.
There was no significant difference between baseline CPT and PT values.
There was no significant difference between the CPT value and the PT value of each group after the adjustment was completed.
There was no significant difference between the CPT value and the PT value after adjustment of the old denture and new denture in both the conventional denture group and the soft linig denture group.
