④非心疾患でのAUC ｇlucagon値（S-W ELISA法）とAUC glucagon値（従来法:RIA法）
⑤心疾患での 0分から4時間のそれぞれのｇlucagon値（S-W ELISA法）とglucagon値（従来法:RIA法）

心疾患と非心疾患のうち、糖尿病を指摘されたことがない症例合計30名に対し、4時間観察の75g経口血糖負荷試験を行い、負荷前、30分、60分、120分、180分、240分値の血糖値、インスリン値、グルカゴン値（従来測定法：RIA法）、グルカゴン値（新規測定方法：Sandwich　ELISA法：以下S-W ELISA法）を測定する。

We perfome 4h oral glucose tolerance test each patents and sample of glucagon is investigated.
