主な結果/Results

日本語
運動介入後、体重、BMI、体脂肪量、腹部内臓脂肪面積、心拍数、中性脂肪は有意に減少し、VO2peakは有意に上昇した。SBP、DBP、総コレステロール、HDLコレステロール、LDLコレステロール、エネルギー摂取量には介入前後で有意差はなかった。さらに，baPWV，β-stiffness index，IMCLおよびEMCL含量に運動介入後の有意な変化は認められなかった．

After the exercise intervention, weight, BMI, total body fat, abdominal visceral fat area, heart rate, and triglyceride were significantly decreased, and VO2peak was significantly elevated after the intervention. There were no significant differences in SBP, DBP, total cholesterol, HDL cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, and energy intake before and after the intervention. Moreover, there were no significant changes in baPWV,beta-stiffness index, and IMCL and EMCL contents after the exercise intervention.
